Mental Health Support Group
Our purpose is using peer support to create a safe, non judgmental and inclusive space to foster a sense of belonging and to reduce feelings of social isolation and loneliness.
We aim to develop a forum for sharing experiences and coping strategies that promote recovery and wellbeing for those living with mental illness, while promoting understanding and reducing stigma through advocacy and education.
We need to stress we are not a crisis service, nor a therapy group.
